Assessments are conducted to understand the underlying cause of the problem behaviours. Once we do understand the root of the issue, we implement Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to improve the client’s life.

What is Action and Commitment Therapy? ACT is a form of behavioural analytic strategy that encourages people to face their thoughts/problems rather than escaping or avoiding them all at once. ACT develops flexibility by teaching clients to live healthier, fuller lives by shifting their attention and committed actions/behaviours to their values.
